Security politics

Policies for cancellation of routes
If you wish to cancel your route, the following sanction will be applied:
Cancellations before 90 days / Penalty – Full refund subject to our terms and conditions.
Cancellations from 89 to 60 days before the route / Penalty – $300
Cancellations from 59 to 45 days before the route / Penalty- $500
Cancellations 44 days or less before the route / Penalty- Total loss of deposit.
We recommend that in case of cancellation you reschedule your route to avoid said penalties.

Cancellation due to rain or natural disaster
In case of light rain, the route would be carried out, however, if the weather forecast is for a storm, the route is canceled and rescheduled as soon as possible.
This is inconvenient for everyone, but your safety is the most important thing to us.
In the event of a weather related cancellation, it is our policy not to issue refunds.
Terms and conditions: in case of complying with the refund policies, said return will be made within a period of 90 days from your request.
